Description:
EAA Spindle Puller design and use is to gently and evenly pull the spindle from the Hub. As a one-person task, it is designed to control the removal of the spindle, even if stuck due to corrosion or abrasion. Procedure 2-3 minutes.

• Eliminates the need to strike the spindle in any way.
• Reduces the need to put undue force on the elastomeric bearings; only long enough to remove the two bolts from underneath the Pitch Arm.
• Eliminates the requirement to remove the Pro-Seal from Hub and Spindle.
• Includes a safety strap to prevent Spindle from dropping when removed from the Hub.
• Spindle Puller Back Plate has handles built in to allow remover to safely transport the(80+lb) Spindledown from the aircraft to the workbench.
