Management Team

Ed Elsner, MBA

President and Founder

Ed Elsner, a founding member, has 20 years of experience supporting rotorcraft customers with initial purchases and support packages. In 2011, he created EAA Tools with engineer Andrew Miller to develop and market the Chip Detector Removal Tool, a hit product that launched the company. In addition to his leadership role, Mr. Elsner manages sales and customer relations for EAA.

Mr. Elsner is a veteran of the US Army Aviation, where he served as a UH-1 pilot. He holds a BS in Aviation Management from The University of North Dakota and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.

Tracie Williams, PMP, PMI-ACP

General Manager

Tracie Williams is an accomplished ERP Systems Manager with over 20 years operational experience in manufacturing, financial services, and consulting for small to multibillion-dollar global businesses. Ms. Williams joined the EAA team as a partner in 2016 and has built all the financial, supply chain, and customer service systems used to make and deliver EAA’s 100+ products.

Ms. Williams holds a BS of Accounting from Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville and certifications in Project Management, Agile, Marketing, and Database Administration.

Andrew Miller, MSME

Director of Engineering and Founder

Andrew Miller, a founding member of EAA Tools, has 15 years of design, quality, and management experience in mechanical engineering firms. Since teaming up with Ed Elsner in 2011, he has executed or directed research and development for each of EAA’s 70 unique custom tools. Mr. Miller manages EAA Tools’ quality assurance system, sustaining engineering, and new product development.

Mr. Miller holds 6 patents and is published in a peer reviewed journal. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo and an MS in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.
