• The Pitch Control Rod Nominal Lengths Gauge (NOM-60-AA) is used to set the lengths of the H-60 Pitch Control Rods prior to installation during a Main Rotor Rig. Using the NOM-60-AA to set rod lengths to nominal as defined by the US Army’s Technical Manual will significantly reduce rig time and prevent costly and dangerous errors.
• The latest upgrade includes a knurled brass knob set screw used as a Brake to custom-set the NOM-60-AA to the exact known-rigged aircraft rod lengths and apply to the replacement control rods, and per theory of operation, reduce the flight control Rig task time.
